FindYo.in is an Intermediary as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. We do not own, manage, or endorse any listings on the platform.

Users are solely responsible for the content they post (descriptions, photos, reviews). FindYo.in claims "Safe Harbor" protection and will remove content that violates our community standards upon receiving a valid report.

We provide instant digital services (Listing Visibility & Premium Upgrades). Our refund policy is as follows:

• Non-Refundable: Once a listing is published and goes live, the fee is non-refundable.
• Exception: If you report a listing as a "Broker" or "Scam" and we verify it, we will ban that account and may offer a credit or refund at our discretion.
• Cancellations: You can mark a listing as "Filled" anytime, but no partial refunds are provided for unused validity periods.

FindYo.in is a platform for matching shared living preferences. We believe in finding a compatible tribe.

• Safety Mode: Our Women-Only filter is a safety feature designed to protect the privacy of female professionals in shared environments.
• Non-Discrimination: While personal lifestyle preferences (diet, pets, smoking) are allowed for shared living, we do not permit listings that discriminate based on religion, caste, or ethnicity.
