Refund Rules

At findyo.in, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our premium listing services. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully:

  • Premium Listings: Refunds for premium listing upgrades can be requested within 7 days of the transaction date, provided the listing has not violated our community standards and been removed.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be issued if a listing is removed due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., fake listings, broker activity, or harassment).
  • Duplicate Payments: In case of accidental duplicate transactions, the additional amount will be refunded in full without any deductions.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your active listings at any time through your dashboard:

  • Listing Deactivation: Cancelling or deactivating a listing does not automatically trigger a refund unless a specific request is sent to our support team within the 7-day window.
  • Subscription Management: If we introduce recurring subscriptions in the future, you will be able to cancel at any time to prevent the next billing cycle.
